Key Aspects of the Role:
1.Research, design, test, implement and maintain software systems to a satisfy our client needs
2.Developing existing systems by analysing and identifying areas for modification
3.Maintaining systems by monitoring, identifying and correcting software defects
4.Consulting clients/colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems and asking questions to obtain information, clarify details and implement information
5.Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills, reading manuals and accessing new applications; problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project
Essential Requirements:
1.Degree/Masters/PhD qualification in Software Engineering, or related discipline
2.You will need to be dedicated, committed and highly motivated to succeed in this demanding environment
Desirable Requirements:
1.Skills in C/C++, Ada in a system level engineering environment
2.Understanding of Integrated Development Environments (IDE's) andRTOS
3.Experience in structural code analysis and OO technology
4.Proficient in Windows; Linux and UNIX platforms
5.Embedded software development skills
