we have been developing a suitably extended knowledge representation
system,
called MOTEL.
This document presents a short overview of our intentions in
developing MOTEL and the features of MOTEL.
The MOTEL user manual is available as PostScript-file. The complete system (MOTEL Version 0.8.12) can be obtained as compressed tar-file.
