Haskell (Davie 1992, Hudak and Fasel 1992) is a non-strict functional programming language named after the logician Haskell B. Curry. There are several implementations of Haskell currently available, free of charge, via internet ftp. Haskell is yet another polymorphic typed functional language similar to Miranda except that it uses static scoping rules.
