I am a (now honorary) committee member of the Liverpool Interdisciplinary Forum. This is a seminar and discussion group set up by some postgraduate students of Liverpool University to promote interdisciplinary dialogue between the arts and sciences in order to share knowledge with others. The forum offers postgraduate students the chance to present their research to their peers and a wider audience interested in interdisciplinary cooperation and mutual exchange of ideas. Anyone can attend the seminars though presentations are limited to postgraduate students.
